It is a modern, trauma-informed approach to Kundalini Yoga that honors its ancient wisdom while letting go of unnecessary rigidity.
Kundalini Yoga has been one of the most powerful tools I’ve ever found for healing, awareness, and personal transformation. It’s an energy-based, trauma-informed yoga practice that helps us reconnect with ourselves – body, mind, and soul – and remember who we truly are.

What to Expect in a Kundalini Yoga Unplugged™ Class
In my classes, you’ll find a safe, welcoming, and supportive space to explore movement, breath, mantra and meditation at your own pace. You can wear what feels comfortable and bring your full, real self to the mat.
We use breathwork, movement, mantra, and meditation to release stored tension, calm the nervous system, and expand self-awareness. These practices help the body process trauma gently and empower you to reconnect with your natural energy and vitality.
Class Principles:
Wear what is comfortable for you.
Focus on learning and growing your awareness and connection to self.
The only “guru” is you. Make your own decisions.
Pay a reasonable fee. (No pyramid marketing schemes.)
No forcing the body which causes pain.
Positivity. Kindness. Safety. Love.
*If you’d like a hug after class, please ask. Hugs are always available but consent is never assumed. Because we respect your experiences in class, there are no assists of any kind used. Do ask for guidance or modifications, if needed.

About Pat Barone, MCC, KRI, RYT
Pat is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and energy healer who brings over two decades of personal practice and study to her work. After experiencing her own Kundalini awakening, a powerful shift that deepened her understanding of energy, healing, and consciousness, she felt called to share this transformative practice in a way that is safe, inclusive, and empowering.
Through Kundalini Yoga Unplugged™, Pat teaches a trauma-informed, energy-based yoga practice that helps students reconnect with themselves, release emotional blocks, and restore balance to the body and nervous system. Her classes are welcoming, grounded, and heart-centered, blending movement, breathwork, mantra, and meditation to support real-life healing and awareness.
Pat’s approach is free from dogma or hierarchy, she believes the only true guru is the one within. Her mission is to make authentic Kundalini Yoga accessible to all, offering it as a tool for healing, empowerment, and self-discovery.
