Fall Equinox Sound Healing & Cacao Ceremony

As we sit in a place of balance between darkness and light, let’s welcome Autumn by sipping the sacred plant medicine of Cacao, which gently opens the heart and softens resistance. Next, the vibrations of unique musical instruments will encourage the release of energies which are blocking progress, comfort and love. Finally, we will create a healing circle to increase awareness and intentionally create a positive flow of clear pure light in our lives.

The Art of Healing
with Pat Barone, CPCC, MCC, KRI, RYT, SAH
September 23 to November 18, 2025 – Tuesdays, 6:00pm-7:30p
Location: Middleton, WI
Whether you want to know more about how to discern, feel and follow energy in your life; desire energetic healing for yourself; or you suspect you have the capability to heal others, this is an ideal environment for exploration.
For the first time, Pat Barone, who holds certifications as a professional coach, yoga teacher and Soul Awareness Healer, is teaching in a group format.
With a max of 6-8 students, you’ll have plenty of hands-on, soul-opening experience in this class. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore your own Energy Field and practice healing techniques with your fellow classmates!
Included in the 9-Week Course:
- 7 classes focused on experiential learning for greater energy awareness
- 2 guided mediation (Yoga Nidra) classes to explore the Koshas, or layers of energy
- Practical tools you can take into everyday life
- Accountability through commitments and assignments (“homework”)

About Pat:
After years of feeling imprisoned by past trauma, including physical and emotional abuse and sexual assault, Pat Barone began healing herself. With the help of several gifted healers, she slowly re-entered her body after years of complete dissociation. In 2012, she experienced a Soul Expansion also known as Kundalini Awakening. She has spent the time since that experience helping others heal from mental, emotional and physical distress. Most recently, she healed herself from a life-threatening cardiac event, which her doctor calls a “miracle.”
Pat has come to believe life on earth is a remarkable opportunity to heal and open up to Soul as you identify it: Source, Infinity, God, Spirit, the Divine, Creator.
