Solstice Celebration: Open Hearts Sound Healing & Cacao Ceremony

Celebrate the Winter Solstice by immersing into divine sounds to clear and open the heart.

We’ll follow with a sacred offering of Cacao, a traditional drink used to deepen into the heart and connect to pure heart energy. The longest night of the year is an excellent time to acknowledge the darkness which has fallen on Earth, as well as set intentions for forward movement back into light (and a new year!).

Led by Ecstatic Connection’s Pat Barone, MCC, RYT, KRI, who has spent the last fifteen years teaching Kundalini Yoga, Soul Awareness, Meditation, Conscious Sexuality, Tantra and Breathwork, as well as coaching individuals and couples.
